I have been working on it, during the spare moments I should be doing my job at
work, and thought I came up with a solution. turns out, though, that Apache
doesn't seem to think that the javascripts that open my images in a new window
are legitimate clicks from my site, and now the external image link deny thing I
have in place in my Apache configuraiton file also denies local access to those
pics!
Grr!!
So basically I set the external image link deny thing to the Elin directory and
said screw it (for now)
So Sparky's Space is being inundated with requests for pics from all over the
world--I've already sent an e-mail off to the webmaster of that particualr site
asking him to removethe pics, but I have no hope that that'll happen soon.
THebest I can do is just plug along, and, someday, Sparky's Space will be as
normal as it can be once again.
Eh, I'll stay entertained by the "Bitchfest, thy name is Colour Change" soap
opera going on here.
