Eh, I'm okay with non-stacked blocks on the home square.
So if you don't stack, the first and second part of the equation = 0 but the
last two parts can still give you a total.

Assuming your roll of the global dice gives you that sample that's 1:1.  You
could come up lucky and get all your colour just for pushing them in.

Anyone else want to weigh in on "no tower creation"  Steve is yes, DaveK is yes.
