  Re: Life is interesting...

(...) I know the baseplate I had when I was a kid was very well used. It was also missing a corner, after i discovered that these baseplates make a perfectly acceptable frisbee (in a pinch). So when I look at the stack of baseplates, I can always (...) (21 years ago, 13-May-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Life is interesting...

(...) Ya, I have one of these that I used as kid. I must have used it a lot too because many of the studs are well worn. Some to the point of the Lego logo missing, other are almost dome shaped. They are a bit annoying these days though, because (...) (21 years ago, 13-May-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Life is interesting...

So I'm over at the mother-in'law's place on the weekend, for Mother's Day (of course). Seems that she was at a school rummage sale a few weeks back, and saw two LEGO grey baseplates for 25 cents (that's 25 cents for *both*--very nice!) So she got (...)   Re: rtlToronto14: Raiders of the Lost Part

(...) My vote goes for 2x4s - I'd prefer the blocks to have a little bit more mass than 2x2s If people want to add a 2x4 plate on the bottom to "square off" the block that's fine with me (I think someone suggested that earlier) OT: Too bad I missed (...)
