I just had some more thoughts on your mechanism... Using curved guides up front should elimenate most of your block alignment problems. Use a couple of those big sloped znap pieces like Chris did. (marbles, blocks or whatever) is there a tried and true method? or do people just have there bot drive forward until it hits something then turn a bit? on a more cheery (...)
