First of all for the record - Chris *himself* opened this Pandora's box by
calling for delurking. I could've ALLOWED the existence of so-called
"strongbadia" to continue, but now that the stealth mode is off the matter is
out of my hands.
Ladies and Gentleman of the Jury, through the course of this trial I will show
you how one Chris "Pyro Guy" Mango illegally invaded and claimed ownership of
the Independent Republic of FOO, also known as the Secret Cow Level, a
protectorate of the Bovine Empire. I will show you how through manipulation,
deception, bribery, abuse, and sheer intimidation Mr. Mongo enslaved the Bovine
Republic. I will also demonstrate that at no point in time, past or present, Mr.
Mange had a right to lay a claim on an occupied territory as stated by the
Neutral Territory Ownership Rules and Regulations.
To list all criminal and immoral acts committed by Mr. Manga during the invasion
would be an extensive exercise of patience. However it is necessary to examine
the most vivid accounts in order to establish for this court an objective
portrait of Mr. Mange's manipulative character. During the opening days of the
invasion, intimidation and deception were the immediate weapon of choice. Mr
Manga laid a think smoke screen in hopes of isolating any resistance and
ambushing the unsuspecting defenders of FOO. Unfortunately he succeeded in

spuriousness of the territory claim by Mr Mongo, and authenticity of the
original claim by the Bovine Empire, I would like to refer to EXHIBIT “F++” -
“Neutral Territory Ownership Rules and Regulations”:
Section IV - Neutral Territory Ownership Claims
Article 1 - Any person or legal entity may lay an ownership claim over a neutral
territory, with in limits prescribed by law.
Article 2 - Seniority shall lie with the eldest documented claim.
Article 3 - The right to file a claim is restricted to parties with a minimum of
one attained win over Rob Stehlik during an official rtlToronto competition.
Based on these criteria let’s examine the two claims at hand.
Thanks to great technological advancements we are able to precisely determine
time and date the two claims were submitted, accurate to with-in 2 seconds. I
again refer to Exhibits “the letter after D” and “F”. By examining the time
stamps on the two documents we can easily determine that the claim by the Bovine
Empire was submitted 160days 20hours 1minute 35seconds earlier than the one by
Mr. Mange. This clearly renders all territory claims for FOO by strongbadia
*invalid*.
Even though this is more than enough proof that all FOO territories still
legally belong to the Bovine Empire, I am prepared to demonstrate that Mr. Mango
had no rights to lay a claim on a territory on the first place. I refer back to
Exhibit “F++” - “Neutral Territory Ownership Rules and Regulations” Section IV,
Article 3:
“The right to file a claim is restricted to parties with a minimum of one
attained win over Rob Stehlik during an official rtlToronto competition.”
It might come as shock to many of you, but despite Mr. Mango’s vast involvement
in rtlToronto competitions he has never scored a win over one Rob Stehlik, an
undisputed champion of rtlToronto. On the other hand, a win during rtl11 for the
Bovine Empire is unquestionable and is well documented, I would like to direct
your attention to EXHIBIT “H” – Photo, “The winning team of rtl11” dated 17 Aug
2002:

The photo clearly depicts myself, Ivan Louch the prime representative of the
Bovine Empire, and my teammate John Guerquin receive the 1st place prize
following rtlToronto11 “A Brick Too Far” competition on August 17th, 2002.
Given the overwhelming evidence, the unlawfulness of Mr. Manga’s claim for FOO
territory should be obvious and I will not insult this Jury’s intelligence by
continuing to provide additional proof.
I trust this incident can be resolved with out any further bloodshed. As a sign
of goodwill the Bovine High Command agreed to allow the strongbadians 24 hours
to peacefully vacate the FOO territory.
Be warned that the Bovine Empire and its Allies are prepared to for full
territory retaliation in the case of non-compliance.
