I apologize.  You're right that "race" is the wrong word.  Insert word that • I
can't think of in it's place (something like ethnic background?)

Ethnic backround also has nothing to do with the amount of pigmentation in
one's skin.

-Lord Insanity

Well, OK, that's true also.  So, YOU tell me what word to put there.
-Chris

They same thing you call yourself.  Human.  Either I am mentally well beyond
the rest of you or I am so naive it is not funny.

-Lord Insanity

OK.  Human.  But, we do agree that humans are, in fact, animals, yes?  We try
to separate ourselves from the animals, but we are.  So, I offer this
comparison:
A German Shepard is a dog.
A Dalmatian is a dog.
A German Shepard is not a Dalmatian, nor is a Dalmatian a German Shepard.  So,
is one the same as the other?  So does it make sense to compare a person of
one color/creed/religion/gender/ect. to someone else not of the same
color/creed/religion/gender/etc?  No.  Yes, before you even say it, I know
that we're all human, but still there are differences among "groups" of
humans, just as there are differences among breeds of dogs.  Enguard.

Different dog breeds have significant physical differences not merely cosmetic ones. As far as I know there are no significant (...) (24 years ago, 1-May-00, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)
