Yes. Redundant = unnecessary duplication. Using two things where one
would be enough.
However, I think that totalitarianism comes in both right-wing and left-wing
flavors, so I don't see the redundancy in the term "right-wing fascist."
Both wings reach around and meet somewhere in the realm of totalitarianism.
