In lugnet.off-topic.debate, Kirby Warden writes:

Do not let your children become accustomed to sexual experimentation at a
young age as they will have no emotional link to copulation at an older age.

Do not let your government pursue anything that may remove the rights of the
individual (keep in mind that to live in a society of individuals is a give
and take lifestyle).

It seems kind of contradictory to advocate tight control on the bodily
functions of others and yet claim to value individual rights.

Chris

It's just part of the formula suggested in the book.  If intercourse has no
meaning other than pleasure, then it becomes a function that fits smoothly
into the utopia.  Remove all emotional ties to copulations at the earliest
age possible and thusly much confusion and frustration will be avoided later.

Did you read the book?
