The plot thickens. If you look closely at the picture of the 1200 piece tub for $9.99, it says 'Basic'. The one for $19.99 says 'System'. I talked to a customer care representative on the phone, and they never mentioned that it was a mistake. Instead, they pointed out that the item pointed to was not the $19.99 blue tub (which they called the System blue tub) and was instead the $9.99 (...) Well, if it was a mistake, then their customer support people shouldn't be telling people that it is correct when they call in. Bryan was right. Bluelight shipped red 4288 buckets, not blue 3033 tubs. I got three of them today in one box with the remaining backordered. One good news/bad news out of all this is: the bad news is, so many were backordered that bluelight cut my order down to 6 buckets and credited my credit card for the difference; the good news is, I have only 6 buckets to return.
