Bryan, where did you read about wheels, doors and windows? Here's what I
see:

---

Lego®
Classic Bucket

  Price: $9.99
Combine this large bucket of colorful bricks and your child's
imagination and the possibilities are endless. One day your child can
create a race car and then next day the same bricks can be turned into a
gas station. The fun never ends!
      Item 2151379

      ---

      Then, compare this picture:

1200/_X/7700/77001764731.jpg

with this picture: (sorry about the wrapping)

These are clearly not the same product. We know they both are
3033s containing the same 1200 bricks, but as far as K-Mart is concerned
they are two different products, the older of which is now obsolete. Or
so I hope.

If the problem was just a wrong picture, wouldn't it make sense
that they would have the right picture up by now? And why would the
product now be listed as 'out of stock' if it was the good ol' red
bucket?

I am very interested in seeing whether or not people receive the blue
tub,
or the 4288 red bucket.  Personally, I think they made a mistake on the
picture seeing as how the description obviously does not describe the
blue
tub.  It mentions wheels, doors, windows and other things.

I have a feeling that there are going to be a lot of angry people
receiving
lots of 4288s.  IANAL, but IMO K-Mart will probably not be obligated to
send
blue tubs seeing as how the text description obviously did not describe
a
blue tub.
