As a general rule, retail district managers aren't the brightest people. I would
suggest going above this DM's head to an operations chief, appear in dispair,
and you may even get a $100 gift card for the mess.
Or, if you're so inclined, go to a different KB in another district. It's a
pain, but if you're the traveling type it could work out.

| Okay, here’s a kicker for you and I’m wondering if anything like this has happened to anyone else. I just got back from my local toy store (I won’t name which one yet) and was told that I couldn’t by large amounts of Lego from them anymore. This (...) (20 years ago, 28-Dec-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.market.shopping) !
