That is just about the most ignorant response I could ever think of. If you
were trying to cause trouble I don't think you could have done better.
Gail orders a few copies of set #6320 (T-Road Plates), they send set #4108
(T-Junction Road Plate) instead. Definitely not what ordered. The complaint
wasn't that Lego came out with a new style of road plate, it was they didn't
send what was ordered. If I ordered set #3753 (Brown 2x2 Bricks) and got set
#3457 (Red 2x2 Bricks) I would be grumpy too. A customer is entitled to get
the product they ordered. Gail isn't asking for something out of the ordinary.
Now if the case turns out that Gail has to return the product at her cost,
then she has another reason to be annoyed. (I should think calling customer
service would have had the situation fixed right away, at a cost to them, but
maybe I am wrong.) Being a true builder doesn't mean you have to put up with
incorrect shipments.
