That's a little beyond ridiculous - sorry.
If you're selling it and you know it STINKS, for whatever reason, you should
disclose it. I don't care if its because you or someone else in your home
smokes or because you bought a big batch of stinky crap and you're unloading
some of it that you don't want. If it stinks, it stinks, and the kind of
stink these people are talking about is hard to miss.
Nobody's "worried". This comes up every now and then because some people
receive some stinky crap and they're a little mad but being the nice community
we are some people are reluctant to make someone else look bad by slamming
them for selling stinky crap. I think that is misplaced niceness, myself.
I'd rather buyers get in the habit of a) asking if the stuff is smoke free
(that's an easy question to answer - does it stink or not? Do you smoke or
not?) and b) sellers essentially start looking at proclaiming themselves as
selling smoke-free products as a good thing, a business-generating thing.
Just like I tend to favor restaurants that are completely smoke-free (not as
common in the South, land of tobacco, as I'd like - yet) I think people would
start to give smoke-free sellers more business, and that's a good thing.

| Hello Read your tittat on smoking lego salespersons, as far as i can see, most of us that sell something, have just bought it somewhere and are not selling out of our own collections, we buy a package at a flea market, or over the papers or thru (...) (24 years ago, 5-Jun-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
