Scott,
The story is a parody making fun of the collectible market. It states that
everything currently manufactured is instantly collectible & gives values
for some things, including the lint in your pocket. It also parodies the
straight-to-collectors marketing ploys, like limited editions of 500,000.
The humorous effect is lost somewhat in this digest version.
The humor contained on the main site includes many "adult" and "sexual"
references that would be tagged by most filters. It is also written in a
very serious tongue-in-cheek vein that could be misunderstood by the younger
crowd.
