I do indeed remember the special offer sets (I think that there were two
space sets), as it was my mum's washing powder - Persil to be exact.
However, this set doesn't ring a bell.
I have often meant to look out for somewhere on the web which might have
scanned boxes of these... someone somewhere must have collected them! I
certainly don't seem to have any instructions of sets which I haven't seen
online, although I am sure my parents managed to wash enough clothes to get
me one of the space sets.
I can also confirm (in non-space mode) that there was a street scene in
(mostly) yellow bricks that was sold. I think that it was supposed to be the
Lord Mayor's parade.
The scene included the mayor in his car, a nice little wattle-and-daub house
and a little burger bar. I still have mine (though not boxed)... ;)
Nag me and I can get try and get more details of this set if anyone is
interested - I think that I still have the instructions.
