Now here's where you might have a legitimate beef. If the seller has
modified the image, they are definitely violating fair use guidelines of
TLG copyrighted material. Unfortuanately, eBay might not do anything
unless TLG pursued the issue. Of course TLG could make a case that any
scan of a box or catalog, used to sell an item on eBay would be a
copyright violation (and they can probably make a sufficiently clear
distinction between that and Lugnet's use of the scans in the set
references since one is for commercial use and the other not - though
Lugnet is a .com, so it could still be a problem, of course if push
comes to shove, and TLG values the Pause database, it can grant Todd the
license to use their images, but not grant license to eBay sellers).
