Wow, I didn't even notice. Thanks for going through all that trouble. But
it's never been against the rules to include anything like that in a sig.
What's against the rules is posting auction announcements and/or updates in
non-auction groups. Here's the relevant portions of the fine print:

DISCUSSION GROUP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LUGNET includes discussion groups which allow feedback and
interaction between users. LUGNET and its owners and/or operators
do not control or censor messages, information, or files delivered
to discussion groups. It is a condition of your use of the
discussion groups that you do not:
[...]
9. Post information or material for commercial purposes which is not
reasonably related to LEGO toys or which contains advertising
which is not reasonably related to LEGO toys.
10. Post or re-post a message excessively, especially unsolicited
advertisements, even if they are directly or indirectly related
to LEGO toys.
11. Post auction announcements, updates, or listings in discussion
groups which do not explicitly welcome their presence.

With your JABA stuff, you're totally cool with respect to #9 because it's
related to LEGO toys; and you're cool with #10 because even though your sig
appears in zillions of messages, you're not posting or reposting any message
excessively; and you're cool with #11 because including a URL in your sig
doesn't constitute posting an announcement, update, or listing.
Just don't let it get out of hand :)
Like, obviously, don't turn it into a spamfest by including 10 lines of
compact updates in your sig. (Not that you would. :)
In 25 words or less: Simply keep it clean and simple and decent and try not
to make people feel like they're listening to an infomercial. That oughtta
do it.
