I found the exact same items at the outlet mall in northern Michigan. I got lucky though. I found 6 6024's! Bar code truck, too. A few friends of mine were coming back from Boston MA and asked me to join them on a trip to the Outlet Mall in Waterloo... While I was there I went to the Kay Bee Toy outlet... I also was goofing around looking through my copy of the Ultimate Lego book. I was thinking about a conversation about someone wanting to build the Deathstar. to scale of mini fig would be huge. I was sitting in work today wondering what else I could make considering my wide asortment of Lego. I really got a kick out of those Meca Idea's however it just doesn't seem to be enough. The TRU at Great Northern had a good supply of all the new SW sets...UCS TIE + X-wing, Falcon, MTT, AAT as Wayne noted before...they had a handful of newer Race and Dino-adventurer sets...I didn't spend much time there...no great clearance deals, as (...) I noted that someone mentioned Noodle-Kidoodle. I don't live in Syracuse, so Carousel is not a regular place for me to go. Hey John - that brings up an idea - perhaps we should meet at a mall with a store that actually has some decent LEGO stock so we could all check it out for some new-old-stock items like the road plates.
