The agenda would be defined by the attendees, although it would probably change
in reality.

I think start small and grow. Maybe an afternoon/evening for 4-8 people
(which is all my apartment could hold). But in any case, avoid political
discussions :')

Last 2 times I attempted, I got 2 respsonses from people in the NYC area.
