It's good to have a friend 'in the know'... Land Speeder: £6.49 Speeder Bikes: £9.29 Snow Speeder: £18.99 X-Wing: £29.99 TIE Fighter & Y-Wing: £49.99 ...well, Lucasfilm has got to earn something... What a RIP OFF!!!, I live in the town where much of Starwars was made! (Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, home to Elstree studios, even went on the grounds a few times). Did they forget to change the currency for the X-wing, Snow speeder and Tie-fighter (...) (26 years ago, 18-Jan-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Hi, From my calculations, as long as shipping prices are under $45.00, getting these sets shipped from the US is cheaper. Including my local sales Tax of 5%(1) and a VAT of 17.5%(2), the total comes to $143.06 (before any postage costs), which is a (...) (26 years ago, 20-Jan-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

The NatWest will open a Euro account, but you have to have a sterling current account as well. They will allow you to open both at the same time if necessary.
