If you check amazon.co.uk and use 'Lego' as your search word, both of these books appear twice - I think for UK and US editions - under slightly different names, e.g. 'Amazing Figures (Lego Modelers)' for the US editions and 'Lego Modellers : (...) (26 years ago, 30-Oct-99, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.books)

I should have posted earlier, sorry. Waterstones in Bath had them in when I checked on Monday. They cost me a whopping £3.99 each, which is the price shown on the back of the book anyway. I got my "Amazing Animals" and "Fabulous Figures" books today... I'll post a fuller review later, but breifly, - Each has about instructions for about 20 models - The images are ray-traced and very good quality. The studs even have 'LEGO' on them - (...)
