I got more of the low-down from staff in the Ottakar shop today. The
rose is indeed the Charles Rennie McIntosh version referred to
previously. DK and Lego are running the show, so the lassie didn't know
what the free gifts were to be, though she suggested it would probably
be a small lego set. They are restricting the number of kids entries via
tickets, though printed on them it says 'adults don't need tickets' :) I
picked up 3 just in case.

Do you think that you need a ticket to get a prize? Or do you need a kid to get
a ticket to get the prize? And will I be able to live with the guilt if I get a
ticket and some kid doesn't? >:)

I have to commend Stuart on his eyesight though - I walk past that shop every
day on the way to uni, and I'd never have spotted that sign. Maybe it's because
I'm always rushing past trying not to breathe in too many fumes from the
construction machinery!

Are we rendezvousing at 1200 hrs on the day (event is 12-2)?

I'm happy with that, but I'm flexible so anytime is good for me. Where? Just
outside the shop?

Who do we have going? I'm guessing three so far: Stuart, Ian and me. Scott?

Apologies to any Scottish Lugnetter that I'm forgetting! Oh, there's the guy
from Paisley who has done the Scottish portion of the Minifig World Tour, I
don't know if he reads Lugnet though, so I'll mail him and see if he's
interested.

I'll probably be going in on Tuesday, if anyone wants me to pick them up
some tickets then I'll try and do that as well.

Richard
