Got it. So changing North and South to apply here... it fits my guess. Now I
have to make a model to explain it :-P

Now changing dates to use here, I get June 21. That was the real bugger to
having my work "confirmed", since these classes end in January. Not enough
time to check with my own eyes the meaning of it.

Very low? That's odd... since you live 33ºS, I would expect a higher angle
than here (41ºN), where I hardly ever noticed a low angle. But then again, I
never paid much attention to it before :-(
Or you mean *compared to* summertime? That I can figure.

South? :-S
Wait a second... in December the Sun is *South* of you? I'm here with a
paper circle trying to figure out how that is possible, but no success -
that should only happen between the tropics, shouldn't it?
> Hope this helps...
It does, Robert - Thank you!
Still, new questions arise for me now... my teacher will get completely fed
up with my questions today! :-D
Pedro (weather too cloudy to even check the sun's position today... :-/ )

| Hi Pedro, Not sure if you've got all the info you need now, but I'm in Tasmania (-42deg58'). I don't often see sunrise as I have a baby that doesn't go to sleep until around midnight and sunrise today was 0532 daylight savings time, I need much more (...)
