I was wondering if anyone from the Victoria area was interested in going to NWBrickcon in Seattle in October? I cannot afford to go by myself but I do have a car with space for 3 more adults (4 more adults if 3 are skinny and don't mind squishing a (...) I certainly understand privacy issues as I work in the IT section at the UVic Library. We have to deal with lots of online privacy issues. (...) a) Welcome to Lugnet! b) The duplication seems this way for every group, I believe because when Lugnet was first started, a group was made for every geographic location (ie, every city) Then LUGs starting asking for newsgroups--and since it's (...) Hi! I guess I should have looked more. I posted a message to: lugnet.org.ca.viclug which has seen no traffic but mine for months. This includes the premier display of "Bricstol Temple Meads", my ~5000 piece station that covers 30x60" for the station building. DCC will be used for train control, (...) Calling all trainheads! The Vancouver Lego Club is sponsoring a Train Operating Weekend on Fri Jan 31 to Sun Feb 2, in New Westminster, BC (close to Vancouver). The focus of this event is to build a large layout which allows us to do *realistic (...)
