Nope. They're still designed with righties in mind. Try holding it in your
right hand and roll the thumb-wheel with your right thumb. Now try the same
thing with your left hand/thumb. It whacks you in the knuckles. If you look
back at the 2001 BIONICLE series, they're all right handed for the same reason.
You hold the Toa in your left hand and twist the gear on the back with your
right hand. The two-handed characters will whack you in the knuckles, but the
right-handed ones won't. The Turaga (and the Bohrok Va from 2002) work the same
way. The McToran were designed so you could pull back the throwing arm with
your right hand. The Knights Kingdom characters were the first series designed
such that a right-handed person would hold it in his/her right hand.
