Pre GST warning about trades [important]

Just to remind anyone in the middle of an aus-aus trade...when the GST hits, postage for everything except 45cent letters and international items will increase, so if you're able to finalise your trade by then, you'll be a lot better off. [well, at (...) (25 years ago, 16-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

(...) Broadmeadows Big W has quite a few of them at around $30-$40 [I think]. If you're interested, let me know.   Re: To all residents of perth

(...) I had to have those Droids! Although I was disappointed that one of the flex cables in the Destroyer Droid I bought had no end to it! This makes it impossible to lock into the flex system joints. But a phone call to Lego for a replacement has (...) (25 years ago, 16-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.loc.au.wa.per)

  Re: sith infultrator on sale

The price $40 for Sith Infiltrator and $8 for the Droid Fighter are standard to all Toyworlds (its advertised in the catalogue). Both stores in the city, and the one in Brunswick St train station have many of both these models. I've already bought (...) (25 years ago, 16-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au.qld.bri)

  Lego catalogue 2000.2(a)

I don't know if anyone else has seen these/got any, but when I was at TRU in Melbourne on Saturday, I noticed a teaser catalogue [I grabbed a few, and have about 6 spares]. The front cover states 'NEW RELEASES FROM LEGO', with an 'In store July - (...) (25 years ago, 16-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

Soccer stadium [3409] RRP confirmation :)

Based on one tried and tested theory, namely that target will never have a shelf price lower than RRP[although they don't mind going over...6474 is STILL $47.95], I can safely state that the RRP for the 3409 is $54.95, having just returned from (...) (25 years ago, 16-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

RE: Just bought the Football sets

(...) So from this can we assume that lego will release olympic sets? OR is it that only soccer is to get this treatment for one or more of the following reasons: [1] It's in Australia [2] not enough soccer being played [3] can't be bothered (...) (25 years ago, 16-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

Re: Just bought the Football sets

(...) To be honest, not much. Just enough to fill up one of those "end shelves", it wasn't on the main lego wall, and i only spotted them as i turned around to walk back out. But there were still a few of each set left. The way these are priced (...) (25 years ago, 16-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

  RE: Lego at coles

Yep, coles the supermarket. Unfortunately, I can't remember the set prices, although I think they were around the same as the prices at K-Mart. Woolworths [safeway in Vic] used to stock the small sets, then went to meccano, and now have tyco(?) (...) (25 years ago, 16-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

Re: Just bought the Football sets

  Re: Lego at coles

(...) What were the prices out of interest at Coles. You mean Coles the Supermarket. You would think Woolworths would do the same, they stock Hot Wheels and some of the Hot Wheels cars. pete.w (25 years ago, 16-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Lego at coles

I was in a coles supermarket on the weekend [sunbury] and noticed that they had a small range [10-20 different small sets] of lego [about 40 sets in total] I was wondering if this is in all Coles, or just a select few, and also when they started (...) (25 years ago, 16-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

RE: Just bought the Football sets
