I don't know if anyone else has seen these/got any, but when I was at TRU in
Melbourne on Saturday, I noticed a teaser catalogue [I grabbed a few, and
have about 6 spares]. The front cover states 'NEW RELEASES FROM LEGO', with
an 'In store July - December 2000', along with some teaser pictures.
On opening the catalogue, there are pictures of the adventurers sets with a
small description/story, and an 'Available August 2000'.Behind this, 3/4 of
the space is taken up with 'action wheelers' [July 2000] and MYBOT [October
2000] which is an addition to action wheelers containing a 'light and sound'
type element [not sure of light part] with 3 'identity' and 3 'function'
bricks, controlling sounds. the other 1/4 has picturers of the RACE theme
[August 2000]
The back cover shows 'ROBO Riders' [July 2000]
Unfortunatley, none of the pages actually gives set numbers, or makes much
of an attempt to distinguish individual sets, but at least there's a bit of
an idea of what is to come. Also, although the catalogue says (C) 2000,
there is no official number on it. I'm just hoping that this isn't the
second catalogue of the year.
