(Non-Lego) - Can someone get something from Ikea for me and ship it?

Ikea unfortunately does not ship, and I can't see an 8 hour drive each way for $40 worth of stuff, but I need some curtain hanging items that just don't seem to exist anywhere else. Is there anyone near the Ikea in Atlanta that can pick some parts (...) (19 years ago, 29-Sep-05, to lugnet.loc.us.ga.atl)

(...) Like Calum said before, I don't think we should have to PAY to be there (don't some groups get PAID to be at shows?). But electricity is nice in our modern times, and it's a good time, so you can count me in for another $10. -Greg (19 years ago, 29-Sep-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.loc.ca.on)

I had a nice chat with Christine from the Hobby Show. She informed me that they've been losing money over the last few years and need to defer the costs if people want the hobby show to continue.
