  What to do in Denmark...

A friend of mine will be going to Legoland in Denmark next month. Are there any "Do not miss!" things to see while he is there? In other words, how can he get the most bang for his buck? Also, is there anything special about the Lego store there? (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jul-00, to lugnet.legoland)

  Re: Live from Kidvention!!

Does the term below, 'because of his agreement with the publisher' mean that Jin is writing a book on the construction of MIBO? Man, that would be fantastic. Can you or anyone else confirm whether a book is being written on the subject or not? (...) (24 years ago, 23-Jul-00, to lugnet.events, lugnet.legoland)

  Re: Kidvention still running?

Actually, those mock-ups weren't described to me as Throwbots in any way shape of form. They looked incredible, especially the larger ones.   Re: Kidvention still running?

(...) Nope. All prototypes. That was meaning that what you saw there was _not_ guaranteed to make production. They even had a technic car with spraypainted yellow panels, because those pieces weren't made in yellow (even internally!). -Tim (24 years ago, 17-Jul-00, to lugnet.legoland)
