Re: This is stupid... I can't tolerate this *juniorization*...

(...) OK. I'll defend the Camel as a good, even great, model, though. It isn't minifig scale but neither are other model team sets. It's a bit bigger scale than model team but it is along the same lines. I found it to be a very enjoyable build. (...) (23 years ago, 12-Aug-01, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.dear-lego)

I see that some people who gave their thoughts and opinions on this topic have mixed reviews- not a suprise. Everyone's opinions DO count, but it doesnt seem that way to Lego. If Lego was listening to us, they would have probably kept the town/city (...) (23 years ago, 11-Aug-01, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.dear-lego)

It seems every time this subject comes up, lots of people have stories and opinions on how Lego should run things, and I'm no different. :) I was in a store the other day and I overheard a boy who was about 4 asking his mom for the Lego NASCAR (...) (...) While I agree to an extent - I'll semi-defend LEGO here. AFOLs don't have all the facts in front of them (as an employee or two have pointed out to me a couple times when I've mentioned price).
