If a competitor is able to manufacture a product that receives praise, and that product is still less popular than the leading brand, I'd think the leading brand would be elated. I know everyone at LEGO is very busy, so I do not want any details, but I would like some response. Is LEGO looking into improving speed of the shop.lego.com pages?
