(...) John, All the best with your inventory corrections. Cheers Richie Dulin (18 years ago, 19-Mar-07, to lugnet.inv, FTX)

  Re: Peeron inventories

(...) Your English is fine, probably better than mine. Your comment about the buffers is correct. However I had a mint in sealed box and it did not have the buffers in it. I opened it about a year ago and never put it together. I am finding that (...) (18 years ago, 19-Mar-07, to lugnet.inv, lugnet.people.newbie)

  Re: Peeron inventories

(...) Richie, I am somewhat agressive, but at some point in time it gets fustrating. Getting down to why, is that had there been a problem here and there I would not have said anything. But set after set has bad inventories. And then these (...) (18 years ago, 19-Mar-07, to lugnet.inv, FTX)

  Re: Peeron inventories

(...) Maybe that's because you appear to get all attackive? Please consider, John, how you are coming across here. Yes, you are attempting to help with the Peeron inventories, I grok that, but the way you are doing so appears to be fairly (...) (18 years ago, 19-Mar-07, to lugnet.inv, FTX) !!

  Re: Peeron inventories

(...) Hello, I was the person to verify the 7720 set (and this is my first post on Lugnet). Please, excuse me to not check the whole inventory properly. I have only corrected the most obvious mistakes like the number of wheels. I have overlooked the (...) (18 years ago, 19-Mar-07, to lugnet.inv, lugnet.people.newbie)

  Re: Peeron inventories

(...) Jennifer and Dan: I realize that, but correcting seems to be low priority. Here is an example of what I am talking about. I just finished 7720 Battery Train set last night. It was inventoried from the instructions by Peeron. Please pull up the (...) (18 years ago, 18-Mar-07, to lugnet.inv)

  Re: Peeron inventories

(...) John- I said "changes" and additions. That includes corrections. I'm very sure we did not add 16000+ NEW inventories last year. (18 years ago, 18-Mar-07, to lugnet.inv)

Re: New mold for classic windscreen (part # 3939)!

(...) Actually, I guess I did post about that already, but I didn't find the right group: (URL) However, I didn't realize that it was actually a new part - I just thought there was a mix up with the Peeron inventory. Anyway, neat! Jim (18 years ago, 17-Mar-07, to lugnet.general, lugnet.parts, lugnet.inv)

  Re: Peeron inventories

(...) Jennifer: Sorry I did not answer sooner, was on vacation. I understand all the additions, just seemed like there would be an eagerness to correct what is there before adding more. Seems that it is more important to be the most correct rather (...) (18 years ago, 16-Mar-07, to lugnet.inv)

Re: 4939 Alternate Models: Snow Plow and Helicopter

(...) Incidentally, I noticed that the windscreen shown in Peeron's (URL) 4939 inventory> is not exactly the same as the (URL) window>, which has 1 x 1 connectors in its front corners instead of 1 x 3 connectors. Peeron says the windscreen number is (...) (18 years ago, 16-Mar-07, to lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.inv, FTX)

  Re: Peeron inventories

(...) John- Please don't say we don't "want" to correct the inventory system. In 2007 so far we have made 3827 changes and additions (this does not include the instruction or catalog scan library). In 2006: 16071. Jennifer Boger (18 years ago, 10-Mar-07, to lugnet.inv)

  Re: Peeron inventories

(...) I think there's only one possible explanation for these quality issues: Peeron must be outsourcing it's inventory updating to China. Cheers, Allister (18 years ago, 8-Mar-07, to lugnet.inv)

  Re: Peeron inventories

(...) For corrections, please send them to inv@peeron.com (note, please do not send it directly to me or the other admins). By doing that we can make sure all the admins get a copy of it - meaning it'll get done sooner. Thanks for your cooperation (...) (18 years ago, 8-Mar-07, to lugnet.inv)

  Re: Peeron inventories

John, I do appreciate your submissions - as Dave mentioned, that's the only way data can get to Peeron in the first place, by users taking pictures, making inventories, and submitting corrections. Note that some of these updates are more difficult (...) (18 years ago, 8-Mar-07, to lugnet.inv) !
