I don't think anyone is assuming that *this* box art is for a set. It looks
like the other Creator games. I think people are assuming, however, that
*most* pieces - at least the minifig-related ones - will appear in the sets.
There is a basis for this latter speculation, I think. The minifigs in the
Alpha Team game were depicted accurately, likewise in the KK Creator game,
and the Rock Raiders game, the stunt-rally (based on Racers sets) and the
LEGO Racers game (with mostly real figs from pirates, FM, castle, etc). Even
the Chess set uses totally real minifigs. The only games that don't use
real, possible minifigs are LEGO Island 1 and 2, LEGO Loco, LEGOLAND, LEGO
Friends and the Kindergarten and Preschool games (the last three have no
minifigs at all!). But all theme-based games did base the minifigs on
reality. So I think it's fair to assume that the minifigs will appear as
they look.
That's not to say that the train pieces neccessarily do... :-( And I *hope*
that's not what Hogwarts (the castle) looks like.
