Temptations.
Last year I bought a FOTY Town Airport Monorail in unopened box, with the
intention to sell it someday. I already had a lot of space monorail and
didn't particularly want this one too, especially given the high price. But
it's hard to say goodbye.
A couple of weeks ago I was in search of a few white cooks hats, to outfit
some Napoleontic cavalery. To my surprise I found only one or two in my
collection. So I actually opened up the $200+ monorail set to get one tiny
cooks hat out, thereby waiving the perspective of selling it as unopened
box - and probably selling it at all...
BTW, I wouldn't recommend anyone selling their only Black Cat. It's a gem
and a milestone. The 1999 MT Truck is less.
