Yes, I did. And got no really helpful answer, and no answer to my
follow-up-question at all.
Nice to see though that the "news" of the colour change has reached
customer "service" (propably more through the customers mouth than
through internal chains of information). They seem quite helpless about
it, and even clueless about the background.
Maybe this sad impression is one of the reasons that only a small number
of complaints reach the management through the "service" channel?
