Surely! I had written an e-mail regarding my discontent but, after i read your
post i phoned rigth away and began to write a letter also that i will send next
Monday.
The lady on the phone was very nice. I was expressing my points during an hour
or so and, she was taking notes to pass to their colleagues. I must say that she
was very patient, polite and understanding.
Also, i should mention that i had (soon after reading John Kruer's post -- the
post that waked the LUGnet comunity to this incident) phoned as well but the
gentleman that i talked to wasn't aware of this color change.
Finally, this lady told me that, as you say in your post, the better thing we
have to do is to let our voice be heard.
I say, lets hear for it! If we, the discontent people won't be do nothing, who
will do then?
