  New Lego Painting

Hi everybody, After a long weekend of hard painting, I've managed to finish up a painting I've been working on for quite some time, and I thought I'd share it with everyone. I have to apologize in advance for the subject, which is so hackneyed that (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jun-03, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.general) !!

Re: High praise for Designer Set #4100

I am picking up from this dead thread because: a) the local TRU had these in a while back, but they quickly sold out, and I only noticed the shelf space afterwards b) I just picked up #4101 and am mightily impressed with it Larry's idea is (...) Here's their exact reply to my message: Dear LEGO® Builder, The (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jun-03, to lugnet.general, FTX)

(...) I had seen it. It's a good one. I've only done a tiny one for the back of my piggy-back train car - about five studs by 8 plates. There's no real detail, but you can just about tell what it's supposed to be. It's the French and Germans that (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jun-03, to lugnet.general, FTX)

(...) Everyone still calls it that. I don't think anyone would be upset by what you call it, apart from the highly pedantic... ;-) Okay, so technically, it's the 'Union' flag.
