You're totally correct James.
I'm not picking on Brad. I didn't mean for my post to come across as a
personal attack and it certainly wasn't meant to be.
But two issues are still outstanding...
1) I do think some of the replies to Brad's posts deserve some follow-up of
some kind. I don't think that's unreasonable.
2) How does a fan of this company, who isn't part of the AFOL community get
their voice heard? Right now LEGO Direct seems to be the only open channel
of communication. If there's a better, or more direct one to the top, I'd be
interested in hearing about it.
