Barely 2 weeks ago I posted this simple message because I thought
it was funny:

There are now about 255 messages that all trace back to my post
(if you track through the busted threads). Most of it ended up
in .off-topic.debate, thankfully. Heavy stuff! Man, now I
know why I stay out of there.
Does anyone on LUGNET talk about LEGO anymore?? :]
I'm not sure if I'm proud that "I started this" or not. But
since typing this is keeping me away from a report I have to
write, I guess I'm okay with it ;]
I think in my next post I'll mention about how vintage LEGO
sounds "creakier" than new LEGO, thus spawning an 867
message-long thread which utimately results in the United
Nations being disbanded :]
Now people probably want to come over and bust all my LEGO :]

| Kyle, you're not alone. What I find interesting (and very telling in a certain way) is that NO ONE that I've ever met, child or parent has referred to them as "Lego bricks." They (and I for the purposes of not wanting to come off as some kind of (...) (24 years ago, 8-Apr-01, to lugnet.general)
