I have spent some time looking at 7106
(http://collectibles.echostation.com/fbtb/2/sys16.jpg). Could the large
cylinder be a plastic wrap? It would be a disapointment. Look at 7315
(http://collectibles.echostation.com/fbtb/2/sys09.jpg) - that half cylinder
looks like a thin piece of plastic held in shape and in place by a few pins
into a technic beam.
Also, the new curved windshields (7313 -
http://collectibles.echostation.com/fbtb/2/sys09.jpg) look cool, but would
be hard to used where you wanted to create an enclosure. I have trouble
sending my men out into space when the are constantly being exposed to
radiation, micro-meteorites, etc.

| Looks like cool new parts for '01: (URL) "landing pads/feet" for small pod just below the main ship. They look more complex than a simple 1x2 plate, and they don't appear to be click-hinge plates. The arms may be new parts, too. Is that a 1x2 brick (...) (24 years ago, 25-Oct-00, to lugnet.general)
