Good: They realize they need changes. They realize they need these changes
in corporate structure and function.
Bad: Even their "review" appears to focus only on internal structure, and
not product, leaving little or no indication that they think their product
has anything to do with it. They also continue their self-deluded ideas
about TLG's "strong values." They can claim all they want about their
values, but it is obvious to people who actually have contact with Lego
products (as apparently no one there does) that the truth lies elsewhere.
They are a business. A business has one value--their bottom line.
Everything else is secondary. Unfortunately, they pay so much attention to
the bottom line that possible solutions fall out of focus and all they see
is cut cut cut.
