The only Jr thing is the 1*2 brick with technic peg sticking out -
that should've been a 1*2 Technic brick with a grey technic peg
instead :) and the other 2*2 with technic peg the same.

I wouldn't consider these to be strictly Town Jrish they do have their uses.
Consider A Modular building (Like the big Ninja fort) that you want to be
able to clip together.  You might design a clip that consists of a paired
2X1 brick with Peg next to a 2X1 Brick with hole.  When one pair is turned
through 180degrees it plugs nicely into the other.  If you use the standard
technic brick and peg instead of the all in one jobbie then when you pull it
apart again the position of the peg is undefined. (it will randomly end up
in one half or the other) which is not what you want, as you will have to
manually transfer it back to it's original position before reassembling you
modular pieces.  The All in one brick solves this problem.

I believe Town Jr is defined by pieces that could have been made from other
standard bits without ANY loss in functionality.

Cheers
Tim

(...) On the subject of Town Jr... Do you consider 6452 to be Junior? I can't quite make myself see it as anything else than good for parts :) The only Jr thing is the 1*2 brick with technic peg sticking out - that should've been a 1*2 Technic brick (...)
