YES!
Set number 6565 (The Construction Team) Comes with one standard minifig
head. The other two are very simple as well. plain minifig heads with very
simple moustaches.

I can't quite make myself see it as anything else than good for parts :) The only Jr thing is the 1*2 brick with technic peg sticking out - that should've been a 1*2 Technic brick (...) (26 years ago, 18-Jan-99, to lugnet.general)
