As nice as those things are, maybe it would have been nicer to offer
to hire back some of those 1,000 who were laid off because the suits
ran the company into the ground to the point of losing money for the
first time in its history.

Unless the people who were laid off were the ones who maid the bad
decisions... but something tells me that's not the case. :/

The following is taken from a Danish newspaper that had an interview with Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen last week. After the summer vacation all products will be sold in the internet. Lego has received close to 10000 e-mails asking for this - a week! "This (...) (24 years ago, 25-Mar-00, to lugnet.general) !
