Well, Gary, I recall my bulk order had 2 very large items at the top of the
list:
#1 - 2x4 in Clear: 10,000-20,000
#2 - 2x4 in Trans. Light Blue: 10,000-20,000
As a general order for things to come out in, I would have to go with (in
order)
Bricks/plates in Obscure colors (light blue, clear, transparents, tan,
brown, dark gray, orange, pink, teal, pastels, etc.)
2x2 rounds.
2x2 and/or other classic scale windows (black, gray, white - one thousand
each)
1x4x5, 1x4x6, 1x4x3 town windows
Train windows and doors
Slopes
Plates
Tiles
Bricks in normal colors
I don't want to see bulk bricks right away. They have been around for a
long time. People who want 400 black 1x4 bricks should either buy them off
of ebay or buy the tubs and buckets themselves and part out the rest. I
want what I can't get through other means! Glass for my train windows.
Train windows are going to be in the busses. Ask for something new or
really hard to get that you want a lot of. I really want some of the
canopies from the Sand Dollar Cafe or the Breezeway Cafe, but I don't need
more than a few of the large ones and a handful (50 or so) of the small
ones, so I will pass on them to get something more immediately useful, like
transparent bricks!
What I always thought they should have done is sell bulk bricks out of the
model shop in Legoland CA. If not for everyone, maybe make it part of the
once a year master modeler session for people with the lifetime ambassador's
pass. (That alone would sell a lot of passes!)
