No.
However (not resume-related), when my wife was a test team manager and hiring,
she would have the "Lego test" as part of the job interview. It would be a
small set with instructions, ~20 pieces, with a couple pieces a different
color, and one or two pieces missing. The interviewee would assemble the set
with Barbara and two co-workers watching. If the interviewee could assemble
the thing and ask for help where the instructions were incomplete, they did
well on that part of the interview.
'Course, the developers hated her for this, because they're too Grown Up for
Lego. That, and this tactic snagged a couple of really good testers... :-P
