I would say that any brick where one of those gizmos (I am NOT saying
the name but John Neal knows what I mean, he usually catches me out and
throws bricks hard enough to hurt) can get a grip is NOT in the "hardest
piece" contest. Not even close.

2 2x2s are childs play to separate, you only need two gismatchies and
you're all set. (or whatzits if you like the green ones better)

Actually, I usually find 2 2x2s fairly easy with one whatzit (a green one
has a place of honor beside my keyboard, I've got grey ones for the kitchen
and bathroom, and soon the bedroom). I need to work at it more when it gets
out of the bath, but yesterday I struggled for awhile with a 1x1 tile on top
of a 1x1 plate, I could rotate the tile, but even that didn't give me enough
grip to separate them, so into the wash bucket the pair went.
