I want to say a big thank you to everyone at LEGO for the roof tiles packs. This announcement is great for the castle builders. After a couple months work, I am proud to announce the latest mod from my scary laboratory... Jim Davis loaned me one of his MOC buildings to add few lights to. Recently I got a secondhand 687, which has the (URL) and (URL) wings in blue, and I compared those wings with the white ones from my 6368. (...) Nice Surprise! But it is only 9 out of 12 regular sloped brick styles in the regular roof brick "system".... When Lego sloped bricks came out in 1958, TLG created an entire system of slopes, namely 13 different ones. The only one of these 13 that was discontinued (in 1972) was the 2x2 peak with an "L" ridge line (back then this was made in addition to the (...) (22 years ago, 26-Jun-04, to lugnet.general)

I have 3 of the dice from the orient sets (one from each of the 3 large sets) and one has the 1 and hookhand swapped over comapred to the other 2. (basicly, as in, if you hold the dice with the 2 facing you and the 3 on the top, the 1`is on the left (...) (22 years ago, 26-Jun-04, to lugnet.general)

Thank you for the detailed explanation Gary. I'm planning on ordrering your CD/book as soon as it is made available. Especially since I keep finding old bricks in the batch I mentioned earlier.
