(...) Well, that's a relief. (...) The scale itself is not fixed, per se. It's really very arbitrary. I suppose the Micromachines example was valid; the MM Star Wars Imperial Death Star is the same length as the MM Aliens APC. One's big enough to (...) (26 years ago, 1-Feb-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Sorry to tell you this....Throwbots.

(...) Reporting Throwbots gone in the Provo, Utah area. 'Course, I took almost 1/3 of the shelf at Target -- one of each -- when I first saw them. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do with the pieces! Cheers, - jsproat (26 years ago, 1-Feb-99, to lugnet.general)

  Need help deciding: 8480 or 8880 ?

If you had the chance to buy a 8480 Space Shuttle or a 8880 Super Car for approximately the same amount of money, what would you choose? And why? I can't buy both, so I have to decide soon. Laurentino Martins [mailto:lau@mail.telepac.pt] [(URL) (26 years ago, 31-Jan-99, to lugnet.general)

  TLG == Lego ? "Yes" : "No"

Folks, What is the difference between the Lego Group (TLG) and Lego as a company? The latter (I assume) manufactures Lego products, while the former sounds like an investment group. TLG seems to hold all the copyrights, etc. Isn't Lego privately (...) (26 years ago, 31-Jan-99, to lugnet.general)

  Numbers and Letters set, anyone get this?

Pitsco in their new catalog has a set N779816 which is 276 tiles with sans-serif single letters. The description says they "connect to Duplo building plates and bricks". Anyone get these?   Sorry to tell you this....Throwbots.

All the throwbots in this area have sold out. Beside the throwbots display were all the discounted half price sets. I know this event does not affect regular collectors or does it?
