Pat, since no one else had stepped forward, here is the info you need to get any answer about your 700/0 set. It is of European origin. All US LEGO sets, which by the way started selling here in 1961, are made by Samsonite (1961-72) and are in the (...) (26 years ago, 23-Dec-98, to lugnet.general)

Hi. Walking by a used toy store here in town, I found a 6382 Fire Station from 1981, at a fotw like price, I suppose. Anyone interested? it's $30 + shipping from the Netherlands. They've been pretty well cleared out of all the TRUs and I only know one store in my area that has a single Pirate set left (Rocky Reef I believe, at full price, and with the (...)
